planLYNX™ is a web-based planning solution allowing for a myriad of planning possibilities. In the education edition, school leaders can use the system for strategic, lesson, project, program and staff development planning.   StudentLogix™ is an online student enrollment system allowing K-12 public schools to configure enrollment forms, attendance zoning, workflow, synchronization with Student Information Systems and monitoring of the student enrollment process.

Licenses Offered:

  • Education Edition - This edition offers site licenses for school districts with unlimited users.
  • Government Edition - This edition offers volume user licenses in packs of 25 for department, team or entity licensing.
 

Licenses Offered:

  • Beta Trial - A free 30 day trial allowing school districts to use the system during the beta before national launch in Spring 2011.
  • Full - A full license is based on the number of students within the school district and grants the school district access to all the features and benefits of the system.

Train-the-Trainer: Training programs are in-person training at the customer location. Training curriculums are limited to 12 participants per training program purchased. These training programs are intended to train master users or trainers at the organization.

Template Design Services: Template design services are provided to organizations that wish to have their planning templates designed in the system rather than using the integrated form designer. Business Analysts are assigned to the customer that purchases this option and the template is built within the system based on feedback from the customer.

Purchasing A License

 

  • Accept the quotation
  • Generate a purchase order to Romexsoft USA, Inc.
    • Note: You must reference contract number DIR-SDD-1420 on your purchase order and include any tax exempt information as it may apply.
  • Fax your purchase order and signed acceptance of quotation to 214-407-8437, or e-mail to sales@romexsoftusa.com

 

Your License:

 

  • A Customer Service Representative will be assigned to your account.
  • An integration schedule will be created and sent to the primary point of contact. This schedule will include any setup, customization, migration and training of your staff.
  • Customer Service will work with your organization to deploy the software to your users.
